• What are the costs and how long does a renovation typically take?

  This is the most common question we get asked and also the most difficult to answer without knowing the details and extent of renovation required for your project. As a guide, project length for a bathroom renovation starts at three weeks and increases depending on a few different factors such as size, asbestos, rectification work, structural changes and repair from leaks, etc. The specification and level of fitout with inclusions such as custom made cabinetry, stone slabs and specialty products can all extend the overall length of your project.

• Can I still live at home while work is underway?

  In most cases, yes. If multiple bathrooms are being renovated we can stagger the work to maintain a functioning bathroom at all times. If your project includes other rooms in your home such as a new kitchen, new floor tiling, painting throughout or internal walls removed or relocated, we can customise the work schedule to minimise the time when access is difficult, or plan this time to best suit your routine.

• What if I want to make changes during construction?

  Not a problem. The key to minimising the cost of changes during construction is communication. We use a standard HIA form to facilitate any variations to the contract works and price so you know the exact cost of the changes you are requesting. Changes during construction can also extend the time of your project as there may be the need to reschedule our team to suit and any changes to project length can be confirmed at this stage.
